Description:
Show me the money! Are you considering buying, selling or expanding an audiology private practice? Learn how to treat your practice like an investment rather than just a career and put yourself in the driver's seat for identifying key quality characteristics of your practice that are building your bottom line. Identify the potential risks to your profits and business growth while applying your information to basic value computations. Our time will focus on actions an audiology or hearing care practice owner can take in years leading up to a sale in order to build potential assets.
