  2. List six inevitable forces of technology that will impact the delivery of hearing aid service and delivery.
  3. Identify the way that generational forces will impact attitudes towards hearing aid service and delivery.

Description: 

During the past 40 years, hearing aids have emerged as a central component to Audiological clinical and private practice.  The impact of technology has been undeniable, with the evolution from analog to digital technology.  Service and delivery has been relatively unchanged, but we are on the cusp of major revolution.  This session will discuss both internal and external disruptions to the current model of practice.
