Description: Vestibular migraine is considered to be one of the most common causes of dizziness, especially in those with undiagnosed chronic symptoms. While patients with vestibular migraine consistently describe dizziness and motion intolerance, clinical presentation is variable. The purpose of this presentation is to provide an update on the current diagnostic criteria for vestibular migraine and to discuss an appropriate vestibular diagnostic assessment that may provide improved insight into our understanding of the underlying pathology.
